A credit card is needed to guarantee your reservation. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Two nights stay is required on select event weekends and holidays. Although we suggest booking well in advance, your last minute calls are welcome as shorter reservation may be available at times.

Cancellation Policy

As a small Bed and Breakfast, we rely heavily on advance reservations and cancellations affect us greatly. Please notify us as soon as possible if your reservation needs to be changed or cancelled.

PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations made less than five days prior to arrival date will be charged a fee equal to one night’s lodging unless the room(s) can be rebooked. ‘No-shows’ are charged the total of the entire stay. Cancellations for select event weekends must be made 14 days prior to the event.

Check-in time: 3:00—6:00 p.m.   Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.


Our rooms are designed for the comfort of one or two persons. We cannot accommodate a third person in the rooms. Due to the nature of our décor, which includes family heirlooms and antiques, Hazelton House is not suitable for children under 12.


We are sorry but we cannot accommodate pets. However, our resident pets, Margaret and Gracie, will personally provide you with all the attention you would ever need.


For the comfort of all our guests smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
